Act as a bridge between business users, solution architects, developers, testers and third‑party suppliers.
- Testing & Quality: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including preparation, execution and defect triage. Assess and prioritise defects based on business impact.
- Collaboration & Best Practice: Work collaboratively with other Business Analysts to identify cross‑project dependencies. Champion best‑practice analysis approaches and continuous improvement. Contribute to knowledge‑sharing across the Business Transformation function.
- Risk & Regulatory Support: Support the bank’s regulatory, audit and risk management obligations. Identify and elevate risks appropriately in line with HTB frameworks and policies.
