We are seeking an outstanding, ambitious, and highly motivated Rugby Coach to join our high-performance rugby programme. The successful candidate will play a key role in the planning, delivery, and continued development of an elite rugby environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate coach who is committed to player development and high-performance standards.

The coach will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training sessions, contributing to match preparation and performance analysis, and supporting players in their technical, tactical, physical, and mental development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging, high-performance rugby training sessions
  • Support match preparation, game strategy, and post-match analysis
  • Monitor and develop player performance across all aspects of the game
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive team culture
  • Work collaboratively with coaching staff, players, and support personnel
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and individual player guidance
Qualifications & Experience
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven eye for player development
  • Experience developing game strategies and analysing match performances
