Fareham RFC prides itself on being a family-oriented community with strong values and a welcoming culture. We have links with local military establishments and service personnel from the local area. Alongside the Senior section, the club also has a thriving Junior and Colts programme, providing a strong pathway for young players progressing into senior rugby.

We are looking for a Level 2 or Level 3 qualified coach to be our new Head Coach to oversee and coach the two senior men’s teams that both compete in the Hampshire leagues. They will be required for training Tuesday and Thursday evenings 7pm until 8:30pm and Saturday matches, which vary between 2pm to 3:30pm kick off, but all games in Hampshire.

We have 100 players on our books from all demographics including military players. We are averaging 25 attending training on Tuesday and Thursday. The Club has access to a small inside facility as well as close ties to an astro turf for poor weather training.

We are looking for a Head Coach that can plan, prepare, and deliver game and skill zones to help development of core skills to motivate and inspire 1st players to improve, as well as encourage 2nd players to have ambitions for 1st team rugby.

The successful candidate will have access to CPD and Hampshire Coaching events and be joining a growing club with a positive ethos, strong community environment, and ambition to continue developing both on and off the pitch.
