Role Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Electrical Project Manager to take full ownership of projects from inception through to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage electrical projects from planning through to completion, ensuring successful delivery across all phases
  • Coordinate and attend site and client meetings, acting as a key point of contact
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required specifications
  • Liaise with clients, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Oversee and manage site teams, including direct labour and subcontractors
  • Manage procurement of plant, labour, and materials to meet programme requirements
  • Work closely with Quantity Surveyors to monitor costs and maximise project profitability
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including RAMS and safe systems of work
  • Maintain strong commercial awareness to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within construction or building services
  • Strong technical background, ideally from an electrical trade or qualification
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • Commercially aware with a proactive and solutions-driven approach
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Good IT skills and understanding of project reporting
