Key Responsibilities- Install, test, and commission commercial plumbing systems, including hot and cold‑water services, drainage, sanitary ware, and plant room equipment.
- Carry out first fix and second fix plumbing.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and site plans.
- Work closely with site managers, other trades, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Ensure all work meets building regulations, industry standards, and site‑specific quality requirements.
- Identify and report any issues, defects, or delays promptly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment at all times.
- Valid CSCS Blue or Gold.
- Proven commercial plumbing experience.
- Strong understanding of commercial pipework systems, materials, and installation methods.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider construction team.
