We are seeking experienced M&E Supervisors and Site Managers with a background in either Mechanical or Electrical disciplines. Ideally, applicants will have a minimum of five years’ on site supervisory experience and a track record of managing commercial projects valued at £200K or above. Candidates with strong mechanical or electrical experience and relevant qualifications may also be considered, even without previous supervisory roles.
You will have the opportunity to run projects ranging from £200K to £5 million, working alongside highly skilled engineers and contributing to a wide variety of commercial installations. As the organisation continues to grow, there will be excellent opportunities for career development.
Key Responsibilities- Planning and managing works on site
- Providing regular project updates to the Project Manager
- Completing daily site diaries
- Recording site activities and photographic evidence using Site Audit Pro
- Interpreting and implementing mechanical and electrical designs
- Monitoring and ensuring quality of work on site
- Managing site labour and subcontractors
- Ensuring materials and hire equipment are available as required
- Working in line with project programmes
- Coordinating commissioning and testing dates
- Producing accurate as fitted information
- Conducting toolbox talks and site inductions
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety
- Travelling across the UK, including occasional overnight stays and out of hours work
