A growing and well-established Mechanical & Electrical construction company is looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join its expanding team in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a forward-thinking business delivering high-quality commercial and industrial projects.
The Role
As Electrical Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical installation works on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and site teams to coordinate daily activities and maintain project progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical installation works on commercial and industrial projects
- Manage and coordinate electricians and subcontractors on site
- Ensure all works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and regulations
- Maintain high standards of health & safety compliance
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and progress reporting
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other trades on site
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor or Electrical Foreman
- Strong background within commercial or industrial electrical installations
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification preferred
- ECS/CSCS card required
- Good understanding of current electrical regulations and health & safety standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
