We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong track record in delivering high-end hotel developments. This role will involve overseeing the successful delivery of 2–3 exclusive new-build hotel projects across Central London, including associated restaurant and hospitality spaces. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, self-sufficient, proactive, and confident in managing complex construction projects from initial site setup through to completion. This is a long-term opportunity, supported by a secured pipeline of premium hospitality projects spanning at least five years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all subcontracted trades on site
  • Oversee programme delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and health & safety regulations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date site documentation and project records
  • Liaise effectively with directors, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Take full ownership of projects, confidently leading site operations from start to finish

Requirements

  • SMSTS certification
  • CSCS Black Card (essential)
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, particularly in managing project documentation
  • Proven ability to lead teams and uphold high professional standards on site

Package/Rate: Competitive and dependent on experience
