We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong track record in delivering high-end hotel developments. This role will involve overseeing the successful delivery of 2–3 exclusive new-build hotel projects across Central London, including associated restaurant and hospitality spaces. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, self-sufficient, proactive, and confident in managing complex construction projects from initial site setup through to completion. This is a long-term opportunity, supported by a secured pipeline of premium hospitality projects spanning at least five years.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all subcontracted trades on site
- Oversee programme delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and health & safety regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date site documentation and project records
- Liaise effectively with directors, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Take full ownership of projects, confidently leading site operations from start to finish

- CSCS Black Card (essential)
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, particularly in managing project documentation
- Proven ability to lead teams and uphold high professional standards on site
