Mechanical Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Leading on Site: You\\\’ll manage mechanical installations, ensuring every detail aligns with design specifications and our high-quality standards.
- Safety First: You\\\’ll be the champion of health and safety, ensuring compliance and creating a secure working environment for everyone on site.
- Empowering Your Team: You\\\’ll lead, mentor, and support our G&H operatives and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Building Relationships: You\\\’ll be the key link between clients and our internal project managers, ensuring smooth communication and project delivery.
- Driving Success: You\\\’ll monitor progress against project programs and report on key milestones, keeping projects on track and on time.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
- Qualifications: You must be SSSTS / SMSTS qualified.
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of energy centres, heat pumps, and steam plants.
- Flexibility: A willingness to travel nationwide to where the work is.
- Licence: A valid full driving licence is essential.
