A rapidly growing and forward-thinking fire & security specialist is seeking a skilled Fire & Security Engineer to join its expanding team covering the Fareham and surrounding areas. The Role

The Fire & Security Engineer will be responsible for the installation, service, maintenance, and fault-finding of a range of fire and security systems across commercial and residential sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, maintain, and fault-find on fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems
  • Carry out system installations and upgrades where required
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with industry standards and regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service while representing the business on-site
  • Accurately complete job reports and documentation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Fire & Security Engineer
  • Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems and/or security systems (CCTV, intruder, access control)
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

Package & Benefits:

  • Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)
