Are you a highly skilled Jointer who’s ready to step out of the trench and into a leadership seat? Or perhaps you’re an experienced Supervisor looking for a firm that actually rewards your expertise with more than just a "pat on the back"? We are looking for a Cable Jointer Supervisor to lead our field teams across Colchester. You’ll be the technical backbone of our operations, ensuring that everything from LV to 11kV (and potentially 33kV) works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
The Role:
- Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring multi-manned jointing teams to ensure peak performance.
- Site Oversight: Conducting site audits, safety briefings, and ensuring all works comply with DNO standards and NRSWA regulations.
- Technical Support: Acting as the "go-to" for complex jointing issues—if the team hits a snag, you’re the one with the solution.
- Liaison: Working closely with Project Managers to track progress and navigate any on-site hurdles.
