Location: Hammersmith HQ, London (Hybrid working). Must be London-based for site visits and shoots.

Job Summary: We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager who will oversee Social Media and Digital Marketing Strategy, leading Client Success for a selection of esteemed brands and businesses across our portfolio. We seek a commercially aware individual with a creative, strategic mind and a proven ability to manage high-profile client accounts and generate real returns through leveraging creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Create innovative, data-driven social media and marketing strategies tailored to premium and luxury brands, ensuring alignment with each client’s growth and ROI objectives. Conduct in-depth market research, audience analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform strategies.
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, managing relationships with senior stakeholders. Present strategies, campaign ideas, and performance reports with confidence and clarity. Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to align on goals, ensuring transparency and trust in all deliverables.
- Creative Oversight: Lead and manage a team of creatives, including content managers, editors, and paid media specialists, to execute strategies effectively. Provide clear and actionable creative briefs, ensuring all content aligns with client goals and brand identity.
- Campaign Execution and Monitoring: Oversee the implementation of social media calendars, ad campaigns, and community management strategies. Track and report on campaign performance, using insights to refine and optimise strategies for better results.
- Leadership and Innovation: Drive thought leadership by staying ahead of social media and industry trends, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table. Mentor and inspire the creative team, fostering a collaborative and forward-thinking work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Essential Skills and Experience: 3+ years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, or a related field, with a portfolio showcasing strategy, idea generation, success, and results with premium or luxury brands in the hospitality or property space.
- Client Relationship Management: Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, with a proven track record of managing multiple high-profile clients.
- Creative Vision: A strong creative eye with the ability to conceptualise, direct, and manage the delivery of visually impactful campaigns.
- Content Excellence: Hands-on experience with social media platforms, including content planning, community management, and creating high-quality assets.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in interpreting data and campaign performance to inform strategies and improve ROI.
- Leadership: Experience managing and mentoring creative teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring accountability.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms. Strong understanding of marketing data and paid media data.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, exceptional organisational and time management skills, advanced presentation skills, strong leadership skills, and a proactive mindset with a passion for creativity and innovation.
