Job Summary:
We’re seeking a creative and highly skilled Social Media Content Creator with a high level of experience and technical knowledge of Videography, Photography and Editing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing compelling content for multiple luxury client accounts in sectors such as Property, Health & Wellness, Hospitality and more. Your focus will be on bringing the strategy and creative ideas to life through a multi medium approach, ensuring timely and engaging (social first) content is delivered for various luxury clients and their digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Production (Videography & Photography)
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video and photo content for digital and social media platforms.
- Work across a variety of environments—from on-location shoots to controlled studio settings.
- Set up and manage lighting, audio, and camera equipment for different shoot styles.
- Capture engaging and dynamic footage optimised for different content formats, including short-form (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and long-form videos.
- Editing & Post-Production
- Edit high-quality videos, ensuring smooth transitions, colour grading, sound mixing, and visual enhancements.
- Retouch and optimise photography for digital use, ensuring brand consistency.
- Export content in multiple formats optimised for web, social media, and marketing purposes.
- Manage and organise raw footage, assets, and content libraries.
- Technical Expertise
- Operate and maintain professional camera equipment (DSLRs, mirrorless, cinema cameras, drones, etc.).
- Have a strong command of editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, and Lightroom.
- Understand colour correction, colour grading, and sound design for high-end content delivery.
- Work with motion graphics (basic level) or collaborate with designers for added animations/effects.
- Content Strategy & Collaboration
- Work closely with creative teams, marketing teams, and clients to develop compelling visual content.
- Provide input on creative direction, storyboarding, and shot composition for content projects.
- Stay updated on social media trends to ensure content aligns with platform-specific best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven technical expertise and hands-on experience in videography, photography, and editing. A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects (studio, location shoots, digital campaigns).
- Equipment: Must own a high-performance editing computer capable of handling 4K+ video and large photography files. Preferably have your own camera and gear, though this is not essential.
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of video production, editing, and post-production workflows. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, and After Effects (preferred but not essential). Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and framing techniques. Familiarity with audio recording, sound editing, and basic colour grading.
- Additional Skills: Some design experience (Illustrator, Canva, or Photoshop for social media content). Experience working with motion graphics, animation, or visual effects. Drone operation and certification (if applicable).
