Job Summary:
We’re looking for an Account Manager overseeing Social Media Marketing Strategy and Customer Success with a creative, strategic mind and a proven ability to manage high-profile client accounts. In this role, you will develop and deliver innovative, social-first marketing strategies while managing a team of creatives to bring your vision to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Create innovative, data-driven social media and marketing strategies tailored to premium and luxury brands.
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Creative Oversight: Lead and manage a team of creatives, including content managers, editors, and paid media specialists.
- Campaign Execution and Monitoring: Oversee the implementation of social media calendars, ad campaigns, and community management strategies.
- Leadership and Innovation: Drive thought leadership by staying ahead of social media and industry trends.
What We’re Looking For:
- Essential Skills and Experience: 3+ years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, or a related field.
- Client Relationship Management: Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Creative Vision: A strong creative eye with the ability to conceptualise, direct, and manage the delivery of visually impactful campaigns.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in interpreting data and campaign performance to inform strategies and improve ROI.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
21 days holiday - not including bank holidays and Christmas dates (these are extra). Birthdays off. A very flexible hybrid working model, combining remote work with an inspiring office environment in Hammersmith.
Salary: £30-36k per annum depending on experience.
