Job Summary:

We’re looking for an Account Manager overseeing Social Media Marketing Strategy and Customer Success with a creative, strategic mind and a proven ability to manage high-profile client accounts. In this role, you will develop and deliver innovative, social-first marketing strategies while managing a team of creatives to bring your vision to life.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with premium and luxury brands, crafting strategies that elevate their visibility and drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development: Create innovative, data-driven social media and marketing strategies tailored to premium and luxury brands.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Creative Oversight: Lead and manage a team of creatives, including content managers, editors, and paid media specialists.
  • Campaign Execution and Monitoring: Oversee the implementation of social media calendars, ad campaigns, and community management strategies.
  • Leadership and Innovation: Drive thought leadership by staying ahead of social media and industry trends.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, or a related field.
  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • A strong creative eye with the ability to conceptualise, direct, and manage the delivery of visually impactful campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms, including content planning and community management.
  • Proficiency in interpreting data and campaign performance to inform strategies.
  • Experience managing and mentoring creative teams.
  • Strong proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
