Executive Account Manager overseeing Social Media Marketing Strategy and Customer Success covering accounts in the beauty, wellness and fashion space. Location: Hammersmith, London (Hybrid working). Must be London-based for site visits and shoots.

Job Summary: We’re looking for an Account Manager with a creative, strategic mind and a proven ability to manage high-profile client accounts. In this role, you will develop and deliver innovative, social-first marketing strategies while managing a team of creatives to bring your vision to life. Your focus will be on driving client growth and ROI through cutting-edge content strategies, seamless client communication, and leading a collaborative creative process. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Create innovative, data-driven social media and marketing strategies tailored to premium and luxury brands, ensuring alignment with each client’s growth and ROI objectives. Conduct in-depth market research, audience analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform strategies. Translate brand objectives into creative campaigns, ensuring relevance across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, managing relationships with senior stakeholders. Present strategies, campaign ideas, and performance reports with confidence and clarity. Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to align on goals, ensuring transparency and trust in all deliverables.
- Creative Oversight: Lead and manage a team of creatives, including content managers, editors, and paid media specialists, to execute strategies effectively. Provide clear and actionable creative briefs, ensuring all content aligns with client goals and brand identity. Oversee content creation and edits, ensuring a high standard of quality.
- Campaign Execution and Monitoring: Oversee the implementation of social media calendars, ad campaigns, and community management strategies. Track and report on campaign performance, using insights to refine and optimize strategies for better results.
- Leadership and Innovation: Drive thought leadership by staying ahead of social media and industry trends, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table. Mentor and inspire the creative team, fostering a collaborative and forward-thinking work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Essential Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, or a related field, with a portfolio showcasing strategy, idea generation, success and results with premium or luxury brands.
- Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, with a proven track record of managing multiple high-profile clients.
- A strong creative eye with the ability to conceptualise, direct, and manage the delivery of visually impactful campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms, including content planning, community management, and creating high-quality assets.
- Proficiency in interpreting data and campaign performance to inform strategies and improve ROI.
- Experience managing and mentoring creative teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring accountability.
- Able to oversee ongoing management of your strategy and your team’s content.
- Strong proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a natural ability to inspire confidence in clients and internal teams.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
