Full Time, 40 Hours per Week Fixed-Term Contract for 6-Months

Salary: £25,025.52 FTE (£28,600.00 actual salary for 1.14 FTE)

Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust is a grassroots movement working for nature's recovery and to bring people closer to nature. Our vision for a wilder future is beautiful and vital! We are seeking a Temporary Assistant Stockperson to join our cause.

The role will support the delivery of effective and appropriate conservation grazing across the Trust's estate and on sites within the Trust's contract grazing service, working closely with and supporting those who have day to day responsibility for the sites themselves. Under the guidance of the Head Stockperson and Senior Estates Manager, the post holder will be responsible for carrying out practical estate works, farm infrastructure and maintenance tasks, grassland management tasks along with all aspects of livestock husbandry.
