We are seeking an Individual Giving Officer to join our cause. This newly created position is a key investment for the Trust as we strive to raise the income required to fund nature’s recovery and create a wilder Hampshire and Isle of Wight.

Responsibilities:

  • Play a central role in ensuring that supporting the Trust is a positive, fulfilling and impactful experience for our members, donors and supporters.
  • Drive income and supporter acquisition through effective appeals, mailings, storytelling and campaigns, tailored donor journeys and supporter engagement.
  • Work closely with colleagues in the Marketing & Communications team and across our fundraising functions to develop targeted communications and journeys for a wide range of supporters and champion first‑class supporter care across the organisation.

About you:

You’ll be an excellent copywriter with a passion for inspiring and engaging new and existing supporters. We’re looking for somebody to champion a first‑class supporter experience across the Trust, with strong technical writing skills, a results focus and the ability to bring our work to life through storytelling.

Location & Working Arrangements:

Location: Curdridge. The role will be based at our office, however we are happy to accommodate a hybrid working routine and discuss a pattern of work which mutually suits the candidate and the Trust. Traditionally, office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am‑5pm with an hour lunch break. We value spending time working in‑person to develop strong connections with each other and with our mission. While we offer hybrid working, we do not offer full home working within our roles.
