The unit takes a wide variety of patients with complex discharge needs. Situated in a separate self-contained unit, at the rear of the Sherbourne building. The Band 6 role is the key supporting function to the Band 7 to enable the optimal care of our patients and to the success of our Trust. The delivery of high-quality, effective, and compassionate care is the most important role within the organisation. A presentation will be required if shortlisted. Main duties of the job An existing Band 5 registered Nurse Compassionate, energetic individual with a genuine dedication to stroke patients. Someone who works well in a team. Excellent communication skills to communicate effectively with colleagues, patients, and relatives/carers.
