The Site Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing all planned and reactive maintenance tasks at the Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital site including Electrical services, mechanical services, building services and grounds and gardens. A key member of the Estates senior management team the post holder will utilise CAFM systems to monitor and report on maintenance performance and compliance.
Main duties of the job
- Manage in house and contractors undertaking maintenance tasks across the estates.
- Manage and monitor service level agreements.
- Undertake Authorised Persons duties in specialist services.
- Ensure Business Continuity plans are developed and tested.
