Overview The Estates Department is looking for a Building Craftsperson (carpentry bias) with a background preferably gained in a building services or healthcare environment. Responsibilities Undertake building and minor improvement tasks across the Trust\’s properties and for its contracted customers, ensuring compliance with Trust safety standards and procedures. Perform minor painting tasks, lock maintenance and drainage clearance and inspections. Carry out duties with the physical ability and agility required for manual handling. Qualifications and Requirements Building Craftsperson (carpentry bias) with relevant background, preferably from a building services or healthcare environment. Must have a current full UK driving licence. Additional training will be provided for a successful applicant who does not fully meet the person specification.
