Turn history, culture and arts into scroll stopping stories people love to share. You’ll create compelling stories and visuals that connect audiences to our museums, historic sites, and cultural experiences across social media, digital, and print platforms, all while maintaining a strong, consistent brand identity. You’ll work closely with teams across the organisation to uncover stories, translate specialist knowledge into accessible narratives, and produce content that builds trust, broadens reach, and drives engagement. From supporting major exhibitions and events to creating reusable assets and templates, you’ll help ensure our content is inclusive, accessible, and effective. You’ll use insight, feedback, and SEO best practice to continually refine content performance and support audience growth and income.

A bit about you: You’ll be an experienced content creator with strong storytelling skills and a passion for engaging diverse audiences. Confident working across multiple platforms, you’ll combine creativity with organisation, managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. You’ll enjoy collaborating with specialists, coaching colleagues, and using data to improve content quality, reach, and impact.

We manage and support 20+ attractions and deliver county-wide outreach programmes that bring great culture to local communities.
