The Casual Front of House role isn’t just a job — it’s the most rewarding seat in the house. As the first point of contact in the customer journey, you set the tone for every performance, workshop and event we host. You’ll join an award‑winning, close‑knit team that prides itself on being approachable and professional with a genuine love of the arts. While the hours are often unsociable (evenings and weekends), the atmosphere is unmatched. From the rush of the interval bar to the buzz of the Box Office, you’ll ensure every guest has a safe, seamless, and world‑class experience.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact in the customer journey and set the tone for performances, workshops, and events.
- Support a fast-paced bar environment, handle high-volume orders, and manage transactions accurately while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Contribute to a safe, hygienic, and compliant environment to ensure customers always have a safe experience.
