About the role
Join us as a Reporting Officer within Care & Support Services, where you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality data, insights and reporting to support senior decision‑making. You’ll work on governance and incident reporting, producing clear and engaging management information packs, alongside a range of reports and presentations.
What you’ll do
- Produce governance and incident reports, with clear insights and presentations for senior management.
- Manage, validate and analyse operational, workforce and performance data to ensure accuracy and inform decisions.
- Maintain and develop key reports and dashboards (e.g. staffing, capacity, activity).
- Build strong relationships with managers and stakeholders, responding to information requests and supporting meetings and projects.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting HR initiatives, workforce reporting and ongoing professional development.

Travel requirements
