- Contribute to, and maintain an awareness of, corporate policies that impact directly on the delivery of projects, in particular the corporate identity, accessibility and sustainability.
What weβre looking for:
- You will have relevant experience working within an agency or in-house team in a design role.
- You will be a passionate creative thinker, and capable of coming up with fresh ideas and solutions β combined with a keen eye for detail, layout and typography β to meet complex design briefs.

- You must be enthusiastic and self-motivated, capable of working flexibly, under pressure and to tight deadlines β both collaboratively as a team and on your own, taking initiative to complete jobs to a high standard.
- You will be confident advising officers, partners and suppliers β and working in a politically sensitive environment.
You will be part of a forward-thinking team that values innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement. The materials you will be designing will have a real impact on both County Council staff and residents of Hampshire.
