We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our Desktop Support Team. This is a varied and rewarding position where you’ll gain hands‑on experience across a broad range of technologies while working in a supportive, high performing team within a large, modern enterprise environment. What you’ll do:
- You will support a wide range of technologies, including hardware (desktop and mobile), operating systems (Windows 11, Android, Google Flex) and enterprise tools (Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, Azure, Samsung Knox).
- Your key responsibilities will include delivering efficient IT support, contributing to projects and service improvements, communicating effectively with users, producing documentation and training materials, supporting new systems, performing routine administrative tasks and staying up to date with emerging technologies.
What we’re looking for:
- We are seeking a practical, adaptable team member with a strong willingness to learn.
- You should be customer-focused and able to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing IT support role and a good working knowledge of Microsoft technologies is essential.
