As an Administrative Assistant within our Legal Intervention Team, ensure the efficient and lawful delivery of the Local Authority’s statutory school attendance and attendance legal functions by providing high quality administrative, data, and process support.
What you’ll be doing:
- Prepare and progress legally compliant attendance documentation and court‑ready evidence within statutory deadlines.
- Manage the end‑to‑end Penalty Notice process.
- Maintain accurate, auditable records and data across key systems.
- Act as a professional first point of contact whilst providing consistent administrative support.
