About the role:

Do you have a good experience of working with children with disabilities and complex needs? Are you passionate about ensuring all children can achieve their full potential? Do you have management experience?

The Stephen Wiltshire Centre is a specialist Family Hub that provides Short Breaks to children with disabilities and complex needs in London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. We provide after school sessions, weekend Short Breaks and Holiday Provision for children and young people aged 8-18 with a range of needs. We run Play and Stays for children with additional needs aged 0-8. We also provide Outreach in the Community for some children, as part of their Short Breaks packages.

We are currently recruiting to the following post: Casual Short Breaks Delivery Worker – The Short Breaks Delivery Worker will deliver Short Breaks for children with complex needs and disabilities (aged 0-18) ensuring that all aspects of their needs are met both within Stephen Wiltshire Centre and in the community. The Short Breaks Delivery Worker will ensure they work within the standards set by OFSTED and the CQC in their role to support engagement in quality short breaks for our children.
