Joining our dedicated Hampshire Equipment Service (HES) team as a Logistics Team Supervisor, you’ll lead and support our team of Equipment Delivery Drivers, empowering them to assist adults and children across Hampshire who need additional care. In this rewarding role, you’ll contribute to promoting people’s independence and enhancing their quality of life by helping to reduce, avoid or delay the need for ongoing care, while supporting them to remain living at home.

What you’ll do:
- Team Management: Oversee team performance, manage and schedule workloads and shift cover, identify training needs, and provide effective leadership.
- Support Operational Delivery: Assist the Management Team with service operations and deputise where required.
- Conduct Reports and Audits: Undertake incident reports and quality audits.
- Drive a Council Vehicle: You’ll be on the road with Equipment Delivery Drivers when leading training sessions and undertaking practical assessments.

Working Patterns
The current working hours for this position follow a current pattern of Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 4.30pm, with a 4pm Friday finish.
