An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HTM Workshop Manager to join our Hampshire Transport Management (HTM) team. Are you looking for a challenging and diverse leadership role, working as part of a friendly and supportive team, with the opportunity to make a real difference to the safety, efficiency, and performance of our vehicle workshop?

The Role: As HTM Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient and compliant day‑to‑day operation of an HTM vehicle workshop. You will lead and manage workshop staff, ensuring all servicing, inspections, repairs and maintenance are carried out to the highest standards, in line with manufacturer guidance, statutory requirements and Hampshire County Council policies. Working closely with the Area Workshop Manager, you will contribute to consistent service delivery, customer satisfaction, financial control and continuous improvement across the workshop network.
