Job Details

  • Hourly paid role covering Fridays 9.30am – 3.30pm from 18 September 2026 and Thursdays 9.30am – 3.30pm from 5 November 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver resources to adult learners (19+) on Level 1 Foundation in Floristry courses.
  • Deliver lessons, tutorials and one‑to‑one support, tracking learner progress.
  • Carry out marking, assessment and provide feedback to maximise outcomes.
  • Identify progression opportunities and support learner development.
  • Participate in programme and curriculum development as required.
  • Maintain professional knowledge of current floristry practice and teaching.

Qualifications

  • Recognised teaching qualification Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching adults on accredited floristry courses.
  • Knowledge of current floristry practice.
  • Ability to engage and motivate diverse learners of mixed ability.
  • Proven ability to deliver a positive learner experience and achieve good outcomes.
