Job Details
- Hourly paid role covering Fridays 9.30am – 3.30pm from 18 September 2026 and Thursdays 9.30am – 3.30pm from 5 November 2026.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver resources to adult learners (19+) on Level 1 Foundation in Floristry courses.
- Deliver lessons, tutorials and one‑to‑one support, tracking learner progress.
- Carry out marking, assessment and provide feedback to maximise outcomes.
- Identify progression opportunities and support learner development.
- Participate in programme and curriculum development as required.
- Maintain professional knowledge of current floristry practice and teaching.
Qualifications
- Recognised teaching qualification Level 3 or equivalent.
- Experience teaching adults on accredited floristry courses.
- Knowledge of current floristry practice.
- Ability to engage and motivate diverse learners of mixed ability.
- Proven ability to deliver a positive learner experience and achieve good outcomes.
