Are you looking for a role that has a positive impact on road safety? We are looking for individuals to join our Smart Motorway Team which is committed to improving road safety. You will need a good understanding of IT systems and have a positive mindset to learning. The role involves improving Road Safety through education and enforcement. You will need good communication skills with an ability to work accurately while performing a variety of clerical tasks.
Location: Whiteley, Parkway, Nearby parking and excellent links to motorway. Located near shops, cafes and local walks.
Hours: 37 hours per week – (Flexi Monday - Friday between 08:00 – 17:00)
Contract: Permanent
Closing Date: Sunday 15th February 2026 at 23:59 hours
About The Role
We are looking for team members who are accurate and have good attention to detail in their work, share good interpersonal skills and maintain a high level of professionalism. You will build and use investigative skills, as part of a team. Your duties will include:
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Creating, updating and maintaining records
- Interrogating a variety of secure databases as necessary
- Liaising with an array of various agencies, companies and individuals both internal and external
- Dealing with correspondence via email, letter and telephone
- Using a range of specialised equipment to quality assure supporting evidence to a level required by Court
Full bespoke training package provided during the first 12 weeks of appointment.
What We Need From You
You should be educated to QCF Level 2 (3‑5 passes) OR have proven significant work experience deemed to have brought the post holder to a comparable level. Experience of working in a busy administrative environment and undertaking complex administrative tasks to a high standard. Experience of dealing with the public would be desirable.
