About the role:

We are currently looking to fill two vacant positions for the role of Control Room Administration Assistant. The role of a Control Room Administration Assistant has been crucial in the success and significant improvements of our parking enforcement service, which has been widely recognised. We are seeking individuals who possess the following skills:
- Strong communication abilities.
- Numerical proficiency.
- Interpersonal skills for providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to meet deadlines and multitask effectively.
The ideal candidate will also play an important role in radio communication duties. We expect the candidate to be dedicated to teamwork, inspire collaborative efforts, and motivate others toward achieving our service goals.
Shift Schedule:
The working week is 36 hours worked on a 5-day rota system, which includes working Saturdays. Normal operational hours are from 8.00am to 7.00pm, with most shifts worked between 8.30am and 6.30 pm.
