Responsibilities and Qualifications
As FM Contracts Manager, you will contribute to a dynamic and diverse Workplace & Facilities Management team, alongside new ideas for contract management and procurement. You will engage with a wide range of stakeholders, develop contract specifications and KPIs, maintain records, monitor renewals and alterations, and produce performance reports. Continuous improvement will be championed through analysis, intervention and problem solving. You will bring significant experience in managing contracts and contract performance, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong knowledge of computerised record keeping, budget monitoring and management. Proactive communication skills, the ability to forge good relationships with colleagues, partners and suppliers, and the capacity to resolve challenges will be essential.
