The Role

As a Building Safety Administrator, you can make your own powerful contribution to people across Westminster. Working at the heart of a team dedicated to keeping residents living in high‑rise buildings safe, you’ll maintain, organise, and update building safety documentation to support building safety cases. This role offers a strong combination of purpose, responsibility, development and variety.

  • Acting as a source of administrative support to the Building Safety Team.
  • Managing inboxes and providing prompt and accurate responses.
  • Recording meeting minutes.
  • Scheduling inspections, preparing reports and supporting resident engagement initiatives.
  • Facilitating open channels of communication between residents and the Building Safety Team.

You’ll have strong administrative and compliance experience – including document control, records management and scheduling – and some knowledge of understanding risk assessments. You’ll be confident interpreting technical information and will bring strong attention to detail to everything you do.
