At Education Catering, we pride ourselves on providing children with nutritious food that promotes good health and helps them get the most out of their time in the classroom. Our Catering Unit Manager works term time, during school hours. This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of your own on-site catering operation and team as a Catering Unit Manager. You’ll run a busy kitchen producing food from fresh ingredients for your customers.
A highly organised, personable, natural leader, you’ll have experience of managing a team, be able to work at pace, and your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will motivate the whole team to follow high quality standards and provide exceptional service. Experience of working in a similar catering environment is essential; however, we’ll give you all the training and ongoing professional development you need to succeed.
