The Role: As Case Manager you can make your own powerful contribution to the lives of people with learning disabilities. Making a big difference for service users with complex needs, and for their families, you’ll be an enthusiastic champion of independence, dignity, choice, self‑esteem and wellbeing.

As a member of a specialist multidisciplinary team, you’ll work closely with fellow case managers and social workers, under the guidance of managers with specialist experience in learning disabilities. You will relish the fulfilling challenge of working closely with those in complex circumstances and dealing smartly with budgets to deliver the best possible support.

Whether individuals live in the community independently, with family carers or in supported accommodation, you will take their unique strengths and levels of risk into account.
