What You’ll do:
- Support Daily Living: Help with daily activities including personal care, ensuring the comfort, wellbeing and safety of our residents.
- Person-Centred Care: Tailor your care planning to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Promote Independence: Encourage residents to make personal care choices and support their self-care and independence.
- Build Relationships: Establish supportive connections with residents, their families, and colleagues.
