A career in Facilities Management is a career unlike any other. Our teams deliver a suite of services to thousands of staff in our estate across Hampshire County Council. The Facilities Management (FM) team provides support to over 100 buildings, ranging from fully FM managed buildings to drop-in sites throughout the County of Hampshire.

What you’ll do: Confident and dependable, you will have some experience in a similar role. You will be able to work efficiently as part of a team and demonstrate real commitment to customer service. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to deal with a wide range of situations in a positive and professional manner.

What we’re looking for: We’re seeking someone who embodies patience, empathy, and compassion, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. You’ll need excellent communication skills to build positive relationships with clients, families, carers, professionals, and colleagues. Strong IT skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping are essential.
