Who Are We?
Swanwick Lodge provides support and care for up to ten children aged between 10 and 17.
We specialise in looking after children who have complex needs and present a significant risk of harm to themselves or to others. Children have access to the specialist services they need to help them recover from difficult life experiences.
We support these children to develop positive stable relationships and resettle in their communities where they can make a contribution and improve their life chances and outcomes.
The Role:
We are looking for a motivated, and professional individual to join the integrated management team at Swanwick Lodge Secure Children’s Home.
You will need to be someone who will adapt and be responsive to a high pace environment, while remaining flexible in your approach. You will need to be passionate about improving outcomes for children with complex needs. This is a unique opportunity to utilise your skills in leading a team and your expertise in working with vulnerable children who need the best care possible.
You will be supported by the integrated learning manager and have responsibilities related to the monitoring and analysis of incidents in the home, recruitment, improving practice, induction and supervision of staff. It means managing a variable workload, harnessing skill sets, safeguarding, overseeing the implementation of policies, supervision and driving the quality of practice.
