About the role

We are seeking an experienced Area Regeneration Manager to join our Area Regeneration and Engagement Team. This is a key role, leading the delivery of a diverse portfolio of complex, community led regeneration projects that contribute directly to local priorities and place-based outcomes.
Working in a fast paced and politically aware environment, you will:
- Lead and manage complex regeneration projects from inception through to delivery such as the West Kensington & Gibbs Green Public Realm Improvement Programme and other place-based improvement programmes.
- Engage, build and sustain effective relationships with residents, community organisations, elected Members, internal services, contractors and other key stakeholders.
- Specify, commission and manage external consultants and contractors, including procurement and tendering processes.
- Coordinate and contribute to funding bids, business cases and approvals in line with corporate priorities and governance.
You will be an organised and proactive professional with strong project management experience, ideally gained within a regeneration, housing, or place based context.
