Main duties of the job

  • Provide effective leadership: Motivate, train and support care staff through supervision and feedback, leading shifts, care practice monitoring and role modelling excellent standards.
  • Support daily living: Help with daily activities including personal care and administering medication, ensuring the comfort, wellbeing and safety of our residents during the day or at night.
  • Person-centred care: Tailor your care planning to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Build relationships: Establish supportive connections with residents, their families, and colleagues.
