Main duties of the job
- Deliver outstanding nursing care: Be responsible for the whole patient experience, including clinical diagnosis and treatment, and provide the highest quality, holistic and person‑centred care to our residents.
- Build relationships: Develop positive connections with our residents, families, and carers and involve them in care planning, monitoring, and evaluating services.
