What you'll do:

  • Deliver outstanding nursing care: Be responsible for the whole patient experience, including clinical diagnosis and treatment, and provide the highest quality, holistic and person-centred care to our residents.
  • Build relationships: Develop positive connections with our residents, families, and carers and involve them in care planning, monitoring, and evaluating services.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team: Work with a well-resourced multi-disciplinary team, receive full support in your role, and mentor, support, educate and supervise other team members.

What we're looking for:

  • Qualified Nurse with current NMC registration.
  • Clinical experience: Knowledge and understanding of elderly care, with previous experience in a health or social care setting.
  • Passion and dedication: A genuine desire and motivation to help others and make a positive difference to their lives.
