We are looking for an Executive Assistant on a fixed term basis to support an Executive Director to enable them to deliver their role against the Executive Team agenda.

Responsibilities

  • The post holder is responsible for providing high level secretarial support and an efficient and comprehensive Personal Assistant (PA) and administrative service.
  • This includes full diary and inbox management, project management, and ensuring effective organisation of commitments across a full range of duties.
  • To work as a team member of the Executive Office, the administration team operates in a flexible and process‑driven way in a team‑focused environment.
  • This is a very busy environment with multiple demands and therefore the Executive Assistant must be able to work under pressure and be able to multi‑task.
  • The post holder must recognise the importance of confidentiality and sensitivity of issues and at all times act with utmost discretion.
