Overview
Working as part of the organisation's Digital and Intelligence function, the Digital Enablement Lead will lead the corporate approach to digital transformation, AI adoption and automation to improve productivity, collaboration and delivery of high‑quality services.
Responsibilities
- Identify and deliver opportunities to automate manual and repetitive processes, helping teams work more efficiently.
- Lead the transformation of traditional IT and digital services into a modern, user‑centred enablement function.
- Oversee the deployment and optimisation of AI assistants and digital tools that support research, analysis, reporting, content creation and day‑to‑day productivity.
- Shape the organisation's digital culture, ensuring staff have the tools, skills and confidence to embrace new technologies and ways of working.
Qualifications
- Significant experience leading digital transformation, technology enablement, automation or organisational change programmes within a healthcare, public sector or similarly large‑scale environment.
- Strong track record of delivering innovative digital solutions that improve ways of working, enhance employee experience and maximise the value of technology investments.
- Experience implementing automation technologies, digital productivity tools and AI‑enabled solutions; ability to balance innovation with governance, risk management and user adoption.
