The Team maintains our focus on providing quality Home Treatment both during supported discharge and as an alternative to Hospital admission.
You would be joining a Trust that has a Philosophy of Recovery based practise, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to the working within an established CRHT Team.
Our aim is to provide the kind of Service that we would expect for ourselves, or for someone that we love and care for. A service that promotes self-direction, independence, and choice, that respects the individual, and provides the treatment and help that is needed as a priority., As a Band 6 mental health practitioner you will be taking a lead role in the team, supervising, and supporting other team members, and will be expected to have the skills and knowledge that will facilitate effective care being delivered to service users in their own homes.
