An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the North and West Hants community diabetes team as a band 4 clinical coordinator. This important administrative role helps support all aspects of the community diabetes service. The role is based at our Tatchbury Mount office, with the opportunity of working remotely on completion of introductory training and competencies., To provide a comprehensive coordination and administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of West Hampshire Community Diabetes Service (WHCDS) To provide a coordination and management service of all clinics for the WHCDS. Communicate with a range of internal and external professionals and organisations, whilst providing good customer service experience for all patients at all times and supporting the Service through administrative tasks as required.
