We have a vacancy for an important role supporting strategic leaders within our organisation. As a Personal Assistant (PA) you will work directly with strategic leaders to enable effective operations for the Service. You will proactively support Directors, ensuring high levels of standards are maintained at all times. This is an opportunity for an experienced PA who thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment - someone who is highly organised, able to use initiative and maintain confidentiality.
As a PA you will:
- Work closely with senior managers to provide support to a range of programmes, commitments and meetings.
- Provide proactive and efficient diary management, coordinating complex schedules, resolving conflicts, and ensuring priorities are aligned with organisational objectives.
- Ensure that all documentation produced is accurate, prioritised to meet changing deadlines and delivered within agreed timescales.
- Compile and issue meeting papers, taking minutes at various meetings and chase actions to ensure the timely and accurate.
- Produce, maintain and improve quality and presentation of documents to provide an effective and efficient service that is consistent with the corporate image of HIWFRS.
- Be proactive and use initiative in anticipating needs, making arrangements and putting procedures in place to ensure senior managers are prepared for their commitments.

About You: You’re someone with outstanding organisational skills, with experience of supporting senior managers at an executive level and will have the confidence to work with confidential sensitive issues. You’ll be able to prioritise, deliver with precision, always demonstrating professionalism and credibility.
