We are seeking a motivated and experienced Competent Crew Manager - Operational Service Trainer to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective Time Management: Optimise your time to ensure efficient delivery of L&D courses and support activities, aligning with the L&D Business Plan and delivery models.
  • Resource Optimisation: Utilise equipment and resources efficiently to maximise training effectiveness.
  • Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with internal and external departments to support income generation through training initiatives, such as Service Exercises, Prevention teams, LRF, 3SFire, and other agency training.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities and work across different departments as needed to support the overall goals of the organisation.
